Excellent place to stay in Lourdes! It is run by the same family for many years, you’ll receive so much attention and love that you won’t leave! Short walk to sanctuary and all amenities, the hotel is very pleasant. Rooms are clean and spacious with a shared bathroom and shower. You won’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, more like your family’s home! I would recommend you to go for full board as city does not have great choices of restaurants. Home cooked 3 course meals everyday with the best service you can get. It was a blessing staying here before starting our journey to Santiago. A visit to Lourdes wouldn’t be complete without staying here! Highly recommend!!!!
Highly recommended. Owner family is super friendly and one of the most nice, lovely people I've ever met. I felt like I'm in grandma's house during summer vacation in my childhood. They will complete your trip to Lourdes and provide remarkable experience. Hotel provides 3meals with super great French homemade dishes. As there's not so many restaurant in Lourdes, highly recommend especially those who travel with parents like me. The owners value love and family rather than the money and business and you will immediately know it. The stay was so pleasant like it's name, I felt like home, learnt love from them. Very nice. Homelike. Based on my visit on July 2023, Every meal was served(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). A pick-up service(between Lourdes station and hotel) was available. Above all... you can feel like you are a family member of them. The ambiance of the hotel is very familial. It goes well with the intention of a trip to Lourdes(healing and relaxation).
Outstandingly warm, loving attention and kind hospitality by Monica and her father. Room was clean and its location, a short walk to the sanctuary. Breakfast was sumptuous. We highly recommend this place.
The one I only want to stay and visit again & again. Keep coming to meet this family and, great meals (offering high quality of French homemade meals, 3 times a day!! Can you believe it?) This hotel was built in 1920's. Of course old, you can feel inconvienient for some points for sure. However, if you are looking for the one for your Body & Soul, there is no better place than hotel plaisance in Lourdes. You can see how they care ppl w good meals and kindness. Will come back again 100%. For me, hotel plaisance is a main part of Lourdes. Forget about Modern & Convieient, Get great experiences like me & my family.
